I love to rest, sleep, lie and play on my blankie. The best is getting treats on my blankie.

My Blankie
Do you see my pink blankie? It’s soft and I love it. Mama got it for me when we were still living in Texas. She took it with us when we stayed in the motel before moving into our apartment in Pennsylvania. In the motel, Simba used it because I spent most of my time under the bed. I love to rest, sleep, lie and play on my blankie. The best is getting treats on my blankie.

In France, we would call your blanket a " DOUDOU"; A lovely thing that we take with us anywhere, that brings solace when we are sad or tired. And, dear Lucy, you must know that some human beings have "doudous" too, even when they become serious adult persons...

ReplyDeleteOh I have a special blankie too. Mine is a Red Sox blanket that my family brought when they picked me up to go to their home. They rubbed it on my mommy so I wouldn't be too lonely when I got to my new home. I sometimes chew on my blankie and everyone tells me no! Its mine....
