When we first arrived in Texas over two years ago from California, we had to stay in a motel. While we waited for the movers to come with our furniture so we could move into our new apartment, Simba and I liked to look out the window at our new state.
Now we’re in Pennsylvania, but that’s another post.
I remember that. I think you were trying to see your old home. Or maybe it was just a the new birds. :-)
ReplyDeletethat is a perfect looking out window!!
ReplyDeleteplenty of room for both of you
I'll be waiting for the PA story
hugs Lucy
Hi Lucy,
ReplyDeleteYou couldn't ask for a better window! My 'sister' cats have perches so they can look out.
Luv, Lucy
Sometimes, I'd like to be in the cats's heads, to guess what they are thinking about...It's both so exciting and so frightening to discover a new world..
ReplyDeleteOh Lucy what a beautiful picture!
ReplyDeleteI love stay here in my new place looking out the window as well!
How's life in PA now? I have seen pictures from Newton and I think it's a beautiful and peaceful place to live.
purrs and love

Lucy, I totally know what you mean! I only had one hotel night, but I did not like being in that big thing that moved either (car). It has taken me some time to get used to my new home without my feline friends, but I do enjoying looking out the windows at the trees (and birds, squirrels) Outside is scary though!
ReplyDeleteKovu the cat!
Well Lucy, you and Simba look like your purrr-fectly happy and content to be sitting by the window watching live pass by...
ReplyDeleteTell yo Mama I said, Hi :)
Lucy, what were you so intently gazing at? Birds, chipmunks or squirrels? Or perhaps just the whole new world out there!
ReplyDeleteSounds like you've moved a lot like me. It just makes us more well rounded, don't you think?
