Goodbye Butterfly
What used to look like this:
Not 24 hours later after purchasing and one play session now looks like this:
Yet it's Annie's favorite toy. The missing butterfly doesn't phase her one bit. Necko Fly, Cat Catcher and all others get barely a glance when I pull them out. I pull out this, and she's happy as a clam.
Annie, did you nom that butterfly? We also like to play with toys that have their toys attached destroyed.
ReplyDeleteSweetheart, can mommy tie the flutterbye back on?
ReplyDeleteAww, Annie, you're just too adorable with your "stick."
ReplyDeleteNicki's a stick guy too, but you know what's odd? He *doesn't* like the coloured rubbery ends. He will attack, and not in play. Ditto for the eraser part of a pencil or anything similar. A plain stick or unadorned end is fine, but those little doohickies on the end really get him upset and always have. It's bizarre!
You cutie Annie! We did the same thing to ours! BOTH the butterfly and the bee! Mommy tried to stick them back onto the rod but we just bat it right off. Hahahaha. If you like that, you might also like the Cat Dancer Toy? Maybe your Mommy could make one using the butterfly-less rod?
ReplyDelete:o) Annie makes me think of those kids, you buy them a great toy in a box, and they play with.. the box!
ReplyDeleteSo...how'd it taste?
ReplyDeleteI can imagine how much fun that was!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is like Austin and DaBird!! mol
ReplyDeleteAnnie we love playing stick, and we see you do too!
ReplyDeleteThere's no explaining us cats and our weird likes and dislikes. :)
ReplyDeleteOh, oh, oh! Well, at least she is happy! The Girl always played with Oui Oui using the stick end (who knows why!), and that is Oui's favorite part now, so Annie would have some real competition for that toy.
ReplyDeleteHello Annie! What a fun moment!I would like to try this game as well, I love butterflies! :)
ReplyDeletepurrs and love to you all
Luna and mom Léia
