My favorite thing is seeing a kitty in a window. When I'm out taking a walk or just walking to the car from our apartment, when I see a cat in a window, I'm instantly happy. I love this cozy picture of Annie. How happy I'd be in a warm cabin with a fire in the fireplace, Annie in the window, and snow outside. That's certainly not the case in California! We live near the beach, and while we don't have any pine trees or snow, we do have palm trees and sunshine (except it's been raining the last two days). No matter where I am, I'm thankful that Annie is with me.

What a lovely graphic! It evokes such a homey, warm and welcoming feeling. :-)
ReplyDeleteI happily can do without snow for Christmas, but having lived all my life in eastern parts of Canada, it wouldn't feel "right" to have palm trees and a beach. LOL. My dad's father took us all to the Bahamas for Christmas when I was 10. I remember having a great time, as kids will, but that it certainly didn't feel like the holidays. That said, it's what you get used to...and what's in your heart that counts! :-)
That's definitely a homey, Christmas y picture.
ReplyDeleteThat's beautiful sweet Annie! Thanks for joining the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!

I don't see cats in the window very often ... which is probably for the best because I'd make a fool of myself squealing ...

ReplyDeleteThis is how the friendship works - no matter where, the most important is that you're staying together <3 Im so happy that you and Annie love each other no matter what! I hope one day people will respect animals love the same as you do <3
ReplyDeleteChristmas time should be the best and the most pleasant but it's not for me. When I think about all these abandoned animals... a lot of cats, dogs and other animals will lose their homes after Christmas. Because people will get bored with them. They'll be some unwanted Christmas gift... As you probably know, I'm working in the cat sanctuary and there are many of cats we have to help to after "the most wonderful time of the year" :( It's so sorrowful :(
Annie, you look beautiful, as always.
