Blood for a Spider

I went to the vet last Friday for an exam. They stole my blood but I got a pink spider out of the deal. I wasn't much interested in it until the lady marinated it in cat nip.

Then I had hours minutes of fun.

 I was pronounced very healthy, so the lady was very happy!

OK, you can go now, spidey. I'm done with you.

    Spiders in exchange for blood? That's a pretty good deal. Smart of your Mommy to marinate it, too.

    Stealing blood was a high price to pay for just that spider, Annie Bear. However, finding out you're fine is priceless! :-)

    Well of course the lady hads to marinate it in the nip to get the V-E-T smells off of it! Who wants to be reminded of that? My V-E-T stole 2 of my teefs and wot did I get fur it? A stinkin toofbrush. Mebbe I should have mom marinate that in some chickun jerky.

    Don;t you just hate those visits! We all went last month, and the vets said we'd all be around for a long time. But we didn't get any spiders!
