Introducing Pierrot...

Annie's "Lady" here. This is Pierrot. He fills an empty spot in my husband's heart after he lost sweet Simba last year. They were best buds.

He comes from Save the Cats, Inc. His family was evicted from their home and they tossed him on the streets of Philadelphia. Fortunately, a neighbor called STC. He's approximately three years old.

He's a gentle giant (emphasis on both gentle and giant), but he's very obsessed with Annie. He wants to play with her, but the feeling is not mutual. She growls almost every time she sees him. He loves to wait until she turns her back and he hides and then jumps out at her. Hopefully, in a few weeks, peace will reign in our household once again. He hasn't hissed, growled or even done an angry meow to her.

Unfortunately, this afternoon we discovered he has worms. He's off to the vet tomorrow. He's happy, loves to eat and play and so far is a good boy with lots of curiosity. Annie gets just as much attention from me as ever and I just hope she feels comfortable again soon.

  9. What a pretty boy! We hope Annie and he become great furreinds. That is such a sad story, how could anyone toss out an animal when they don't have a home? There are so many places they can be taken to. They know what it is to be homeless, why would they inflict it on another? Anyway, we hope he fills the whole in his dad's heart soon and your home with love and joy. We thought there would be another ornj cat!
