I'll do just about anything for a sunbath, even hang next to Pierrot. See, I'm a native California girl and love the sunshine. Actually, I think all kitties are California girls or boys at heart. Don't you just love a good sun puddle?

Easy Sunday

Yep, Pierrot has taken over my perch for at least a week now. However, I love sitting in the sun puddle on the floor that comes in the late afternoon. I hope you all have an easy, sunny, snoozy, relaxing, do-what-you-want Sunday!

Hooray for Friday!

We had some glorious sunbeams yesterday afternoon. I soaked them all up and it was wonderful.

We got a new cardboard scratcher. I love it! It's the first one I've ever had.

The lady is so happy it's Friday. It's been a long week of work for her. Too bad she doesn't have a scratcher lounger of her own to relax on.

I've had quite the week. You don't know what it's like dealing with an abnormally large beast Pierrot. I hope to have an Easy Sunday today.

Remembering My Birthday on Easy Sunday

On this Easy Sunday, I want to share with you my birthday celebration from Friday. I'm now 8-years-old, and I share my birthday with America!

First, I had a nice nap as you can see above. Then I laid on played with my new toy.

Pierrot had to get in on the action too. I was not happy about that, but the lady explained that he just wanted to have some fun too. I left at that point.

The Lady made us some special birthday foodies (I got some new treats too) and a lemon cake for them.

Then I did this:

The lady whispered, "I love you, Annie. You're always safe in your home with us. Try not to worry so much, pretty girl."
