Caturday Art

This week I turned Annie's picture into a pencil drawing. I wish I could draw because I would love to be able to sketch her.

I'm preparing this post Friday evening and Annie's waiting for her nightly tummy rub.

Thanks to Athena and Marie for hosting the Caturday Art Blog Hop. Click on the link to see more posts or to join in!

  1. Annie, you look lovely here. Our mom wishes she had some kind of natural artistic ability, but she has NONE. Isn't it nice that our humans can use these editing programs to turn us into beautiful works of art. And they seem to have fun doing it as well. Hope to see you for Sunday Selfies tomorrow. 2. Don't feel bad - my human CAN draw, but she hasn't done it in years, much less sketched any of us cats except with software.

  9. That is lovely. Which program or website did you use to do that?

Artistic ability here is a negative quantity. Only my sister-in-law is an artist. The rest of the family are no good at all that way.

    1. I used Photoshop, which I really don't know how to use. I watched a 3-minute video on You Tube and followed the steps. I just knew I wanted to do a pencil drawing look. I tried it last week on a different picture and it did not look good.

  10. That’s the beauty of the Interwebs. It evens the playing field between those who can draw/paint and those of us who can’t.
