Underground Railroad Rescue

Hi! I want to tell you about the lady and big guy's journey yesterday helping the Underground Railroad Rescued Kitty Network (URRKN) get a kitty named Scribbles from Massachusetts to California. They drove him from Pennsylvania to New Jersey. Starting yesterday, he has many car rides and then a plane ride before he reaches his final destination on May 9.
Scribbles being picked up in PA
Scribbles was found in a parking garage, covered with grease in the Bronx on Dec. 26, 2014. He was taken to NYC Animal Care Control and sadly was put on "Death Row" for Jan. 8, 2015. Fortunately, Scribbles' luck changed when a woman from California saw him through social networking and wanted to adopt him. He was fostered in MA while all the plans were put into place for Scribbles to begin his journey to his forever and ever home.

Scribbles was the perfect gentleman, quiet and actually seemed to enjoy the journey. He loved getting chin and cheek scratches.

Scribbles being handed off in NJ to his next journey where they went to a motel to stay the night

We will be excitedly following all the update posts and pictures on Facebook, looking forward to seeing him arrive home.
