Thoughts

Our hearts feel so big and full. We were really moved by the sweet comments you all left here and/or at Lola's blog about my rescue story. Your friendship to us means so much.
I finished the first week of antibiotics and have one week to go. I still feel great. I decided that I did not like the first prescription diet food the lady bought. She returned it and bought the other brand. The lady was shocked at the price. A 7.5 pound bag costs $40. I'm still not sure if I will snub that one or not. If so, the lady doesn't know what the next step will be diet-wise. She's still feeding us our regular canned food. The goal is to keep my urine PH normal so I don't form stones and apparently diet has a big role in that.

We wish you a happy day!

  4. Heavens that sounds very expensive - Mum buys us wet food in sachets as we aren't big water drinkers even though it's always kept fresh and cool so we get our liquid from sauces (Mum whispers) with a drop or two of water in it!! Shhhh!!

  8. Oh good I was going to tell you that Connie from Tails of the Foster had experience with Ph and would have some great information to share. I also found this --->> http://catinfo.org/#Cystitis_
I don't know if any of that information will be helpful or not. We are so glad you are doing so much better Annie.

  11. We hope you find some food that you like and will keep you healthy, Annie. The mom knows what your mom means about the cost. We eat some food that costs over $50 for an 8 lb. bag. Thank cod we don't eat a lot of it and it lasts awhile.
